Delivery Time Expectations

We roast coffee every week and ship every Tuesday & Friday so you can be assured that you are receiving the freshest possible coffee. In general, it takes a week to 10 days to get from our HQ in Toronto, Canada, to destinations in the USA and Britain.

USA & International (Europe & UK) Prices

How expensive is it? Very affordable, actually! We have flat rate shipping fees for addresses outside of Canada.

Note that Sparkplug pricing is shown in Canadian dollars and with current exchange rates, pricing is very competitive pricing for international customers. Check out this currency calculator to get an estimate of the cost in US Dollars:

This is an estimate - the actual amount will depend on today’s exchange rate and which payment method used (i.e. the rates charged by PayPal or your credit card).

Shipping Method

We ship twice a week so, once you place an order, your coffee will be on its way within a few days.

We send via Canada Post which hands off to your national postal service - USPS or Royal Mail, for example. There are two flat rate shipping options - standard is the most cost effective and expedited & tracked will ensure that your parcel is tracked and is sent with a faster service.

Refund Policy

At Sparkplug Coffee, we work hard to make sure you are receiving our products at its top quality! Whether it’s our coffee, brewing kits, or swag, you can be sure that we do our best to retain its exceptional condition from our production facility to your home or office.

Because it is a consumable, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee. However we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your coffee purchase, we will replace it or give your money back. Just email or call us and we’ll work something out.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

While we’ll be sad that you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel an order or subscription - at no cost to you - providing the item has not yet shipped. Call or email to cancel an order before it is sent out and we will refund your payment.
