Perfect to perk up a dark 2020 winter!

Our STARLIGHT limited edition special blend will keep you warm and cozy now that the weather is getting chilly.

I don’t know if you’re the same but, cold weather makes me crave richer, darker roast coffees. Kinda like I want a nice red wine when it gets cooler outside.

So I made STARLIGHT to bring the coziness to those dark winter days.

STARLIGHT is a dark roast blend of coffees from Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia.

I love that this coffee is made from beans that were grown wayyyyy around the globe in Papua New Guinea and Sumatra. it just sounds so exotic - because it is! PNG makes me think of my uncle Greg & aunt Dianne. They backpacked around the world in the late 1970s and their travel stories and pictures were such an inspiration to me. I thought of them every day when I backpacked across Asia several years later.

I never made it to Papua New Guinea, though I was soooo close in eastern Indonesia. And now this coffee brings back those travel memories with beans from PNG and Sumatra. How cool!

The taste makes me think of pure chocolate - at least 85% cocoa content. Bittersweet, dark and so delicious.

Like all our seasonal coffees, STARLIGHT is only here for a few weeks. Get it while you can!

RECOMMENDED BREWING METHODS:

We think STARLIGHT seasonal coffee is brewed best with… a French Press or a Moka Pot (AKA Bialetti or stovetop espresso). And, of course, “real” espresso is a great option as is an Aeropress, or an easy auto drip coffeemaker or a refillable k-cup.

Give STARLIGHT a try in your coffeemaker and let us know what you think!
