Latin American winter warmer
Cozy Pines is a blend of medium roast Guatemalan and Colombian coffees, with a dash of slightly darker roast Honduran added in. This combination makes a delicious cup of coffee, with caramel and sweet spice notes. Hints of vanilla and cinnamon make us think of an Irish coffee, especially when brewed strong and served with a dollop of frothed milk.
It's only around for a few weeks so try it out while you can!
HOW TO BREW?
COZY PINES s a versatile coffee that is well suited to most coffee makers. Enjoy it as a filter coffee - pour over, Chemex, automatic drip coffeemaker. I also love it in an AeroPress (no surprise there, I think EVERY coffee is great in an AeroPress) and it is also yummy as the base for lattes, capuccinos and other espresso drinks.
